Because custom prints are made just for you, and digital downloads can’t be “returned,” I can only offer refunds or replacements if there’s a defect or you received the wrong item. If that happens, email me a photo and I’ll fix it—no hassle.
If your shirt or gear arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let me know within 30 days and I’ll sort it out. For sizing issues or if you just changed your mind, I can’t offer returns right now—thanks for understanding.

Once I receive and check your return, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days.

I work with trusted partners to get your order to you quickly and safely. Shipping times vary: most prints ship within 3–7 business days, and apparel or gear usually ships within 5–10 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. If you have questions, just ask.
If your order can’t be delivered and comes back to me, I’ll contact you to sort out reshipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

Digital downloads are for your personal use only and can’t be shared or resold. Once delivered, they can’t be returned or refunded unless there’s a technical issue or you received the wrong file. If there’s a problem, let me know within 7 days and I’ll fix it.
